Task size jumps between Extra Large 4 and Extra Large 2 + "Failed to submit proof" (HTTP 503) #2066

Description of the issue
While running Nexus tasks, the task size randomly jumps from Extra Large 4 to Extra Large 2 and then back to Extra Large 4 again, without any clear reason.
Additionally, I often get the following error while submitting proofs:
Expected behavior
- Task size should remain stable and not switch back and forth.
- Proof submission should work reliably without connection termination or 503 errors.
Actual behavior
- Task size changes unpredictably during execution.
- Proof submission fails frequently with HTTP 503.
- Multiple users in the Discord server reported the same issue, so it does not appear to be a local network issue.
