Banner Not Showing

Now my apps runs smoothly except that the banner is not showing in debug mode. Is it normal?

I ask about on which platform banner doesn't shows in debug configuration? That is not normal, banners and interstitials should be visible on debug and release. Are there exists any error logs in console after launching application?
