As of NC 32 previously installed apps where not reinstalled after an uninstall and re-install of the Nextcloud app. Now we ready out enabled app by database and try to install them, but do not fail if they do not. Signed-off-by: Arthur Schiwon <blizzz@arthur-schiwon.de>
