Steps to reproduce

1. Have a conversation with call summary bot
2. Write * agenda: test
3. Observe that first the bots reaction is sent through chat relay and only afterwards the reacted to message

Expected behavior

I would expect the messages to be in order. I can see that this might not be possible, in that case we need to adjust the client to not make the order assumption.

I guess the ID being int/string mixed is also not cool? 🙈

Same happens at call end, when a summary is posted. The summary is received before call_ended:
