You should have the corresponding Nextcloud error log lines.

I checked the corresponding Nextcloud logs (nextcloud.log) for the same timestamps as the PostgreSQL errors.

There are no related entries at all.

The only errors are generated by PostgreSQL:

ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "fs_storage_path_hash"

No corresponding exception, warning, or error is logged by Nextcloud itself.

The instance continues to work normally, and the issue is only visible in the PostgreSQL server logs.

If there is a specific log category or debug option you would like me to enable in Nextcloud to capture additional information, please let me know and I'll provide the requested logs.

Additional information:

• Single-user instance.
• No functional issues observed in the web interface.
• The problem is only visible in PostgreSQL logs.
• cron.php is running normally.
• The issue occurs without any visible errors in nextcloud.log.
