Per-feed setting to open in detailed view or browser

Please add a setting to each Feed to open in detailed view, internal browser, or default browser. This could be "Open in...", on the Feed Settings pop-up right above "Notification settings", that allowed the user to choose one of:

• Detailed View
• Internal Browser
• System Browser

This repository is only for the app you install on the server and the web app where you read news in the browser.
