Improve styling on feeds with errors in dark theme

Currently it uses --color-warning for the background which makes it hard to read:

I'm not sure what would be the best way to fix it. Here are some ideas:

1. Use a border instead (might be too confusing)

   

2. A triangle warning icon (just a quick sketch, idk if there's some official icon that could be used instead)

Is there some standard icon I could use there, or should I try a few custom designs to figure out what looks best across all themes?

I'm not sure, nobody in the news team is really well-versed in the frontend aspect of nextcloud. If there is a standard icon, it would have to be part of the server stylesheet/theme.

I found two fitting icons:

error looks more like a stop sign, so my preference would be alert

Looking into how to implement it, I'm not sure if it'd be a better idea to reference the original SVG, or copy it into this repository's img folder. Ideally it would be an <img> tag so that the color can be set from a CSS variable (if it was a background-image like the current icons, changing the color looks like it requires some more complex and modern CSS), but I don't know the proper way to get a path to the SVG file to put into the <img> tag (either the original one or if I copied it into img here). Any opinions?
