I don't think so, seems to be a bit too much.

Already with the current set of features news as a project is a bit overwhelmed. Our UI is outdated and nobody has capacity to re-build it.

The backend works but there are lots of small details that make it super difficult.

I think this would be better in a separate app in Nextcloud. The output could then be fetched by news. There are probably also challenges in that but I think it would be better overall.
