Cerenkov emission in GXe #19

Description

@jmunozv

Geant4 simulates the emission of Cerenkov photons in the frequency range in which the refractive index of a material is defined. The intensity of the emission is proportional to the frequency (i.e. inversely proportional to the wavelength). In the case of NEXT, electrons in the ROI produce deep UV photons, and the optical properties in that range in NEXUS are not consistently defined. This slows down considerably the simulation of events in the ROI.

We should make sure that optical properties are defined in all cases down to ~150 nm.
