Add automated testing

Incorporate github automated testing / CI
- requires either a small sample of toy data or procedurally created data
- test all core functionality
- compare to existing MahD implelementation in `scipy`
- test build for pypy (?) 

Some simple test functionality already implemented within Example notebooks, but to build upon and conduct automatically.
