SimpleKGPipeline different file chunk don't connect

After reading the different files , the SimpleKGPipeline-generated graphrag has chunks from different files that are not connected. However, in my previous attempts, they were successfully linked

Hi @Po-Tseng ,

It looks like you are using a newer version of the library, which fixes a bug present in the first versions of the SimpleKGPipeline, where chunks from different documents were connected, which is not what we want in the lexical graph. The left part of your graph looks correct to me.

Why do you want chunks from different documents to be connected?
