[3Di]: Add global settings friction type 1D, and remove frict_type from 1D element tables #34

Friction type for every 1D element is no longer needed. We want to have a global friction type for 2D (already there) and a global friction type for 1D.

For 2D these are the options:

  • Chezy
  • Manning

For 1D:

  • Chezy
  • Manning
  • Chezy with conveyance
  • Manning with conveyance

@daanvaningen Is this still relevant? I don't really understand why we would want this, but if we do, now is the moment. I do see a lot of potential backwards compatibility issues though
