We can actually deploy to cloud providers for the forseeable future.

This is really important to be addressed by at most january next year, since we will start getting into the kuberntes versions end of lifes for the providers.

There are a number of k8s warnings for using deprecated features when you run nebari @viniciusdc. I would love to take care of those as part of this work.

At least in the context of Terraform/OpenTofu versions and required providers versions, this task will be made simpler by #2862 by consolidating the location of their configurations into constants.py
