vad_segmenter.conf not able to save all vad segments' timestamps

I am using vad_segmenter.conf to get the start and end time of all vad segments using -saveSegmentTimes filename option. In this process, opensmile automatically creates new wav files of vad segments. But, the text file with start and end time can not save the last segment's information. There is always one less line in the text file than the number of segmented wav files.
