Error using example configuration file in openSMILE

Hi, I'm trying to run openSMILE on my windows 10 pro. I've successfully installed opensmile as the SMILExtract -h command works just fine. However, when I attempt to run a config file using command "SMILExtract -C config/demo/demo1_energy.conf -I wav_samples/speech01.wav -
O speech01.energy.csv" I'm facing an error: "cannot open input file" as can be seen below. You can see just the config part in the screenshot but the same error appears when I give the full command.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance

It appears that some of the files referenced in the documentation were no longer bundled with the 2.3 release. Please give version 3.0 a try which has an updated documentation.
