Thanks for attaching the log, very useful 👍
It seems you have some kind of custom Windows 10 theme or tweak on your system (PresentationFramework.colored is NOT part of Windows 10)?

Try reverting/switching back to the standard Windows 10 theme.

As for a finding a proper fix, do you know what third-party theme / software you have installed?

Im using Winaero Tweaker
It seems to be the colored title bars modification that is affecting it.
