Multiple Leaf Connection Ports

Is it possible to expose leaf nodes on multiple ports using the helm chart? Our clients connect to the LEAF through a DMZ and a proxy, so each one is actually using a different DNS name to reach the cluster. This means we need to be able to specifically configure the advertise section of the LEAF configuration or the clients start getting back bad IP's.
