I don't understand your language, but check the logs. If you see there something like:

ERROR: Status code 403 returned from endpoint:

It's about permissions. Meaning of the errors:

• 403 means that you've set the API key correctly, but this API key does not have permissions to access the API. In this case you should go to PBS and assign permissions to it.
• 401 means that you haven't set the API key correctly. Wrong token value, API key deleted, or often mistake is in token name:
  • PBS_API_TOKEN_NAME=token-name is correct
  • PBS_API_TOKEN_NAME=user@pbs!token-name is not correct.
