This looks quite nice, providing higher-level guidance than ruff.

This is also related to #113.

This might help inform the way we consider #306.

It's not possible to ignore particular rules (yet), so this could come across as quite overwhelming.

Some super useful ideas here though - which should be unpacked as individual issues.
