File-to-file theme switching not functioning in Xcode 7.3 #6

In Xcode 7.3, when switching between different file types within the same window, no theme change is occurring. However, theme changing when switching between different windows and landing on a different file type still works as expected. Not sure why the former case is apparently broken. I have yet to do any debugging.

This was working for me yesterday, so maybe it's not actually broken?

Saw the theme change with a significant delay (1+ minutes). Still haven't done any debugging. Just tracking observations.
