Add flag for people to change between true & false to enable/disable a 7:10 countdown timer. Add flag for the 4:20 as well so people can switch between the two. Also account for having both on, make it look decent. As well as the "It's 4:20" and "It's 7:10" messages, those should be compatible with the timers and messages.
