Update the bucket info for all the data available in ODR

We're trying to change the notebooks to use nested-pandas, and while working locally we run into access denied for the closed irsa bucket (as expected).
So, at minimum, we need to update the datasets that got moved to their final ODR place to use that bucket info rather than the one requiring authentication.

Neither of those datasets (ZTF and unWISE) are in the ODR yet, so that private IRSA bucket is the best we have right now. But yes, we should update this notebook once they're in ODR.
