fix: no timeout on test provider

What happened?
When testing a provider, if the connection is incorrect the test never ends.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add incorrect Provider credentials
2. Click on the lab probe button

Expected behavior
There is a timeout after which the provider is considered unreachable.
