Did opera api behavior need register device every time get proxies or I can simply use a cookiejar file, and use old device ID

I haven't tested reusing device ids yet, but it should work I guess. The proxy credentials work for pretty long though, and the proxies seem to be in one IP range, so you don't need to run this script that frequently, and the registering is practically instant so I don't think it's a problem to register everytime. The official client (that is, the Opera Browser) most certainly doesn't register every time it gets the proxies.
