Downloads page: ncdns links are outdated

On GitHub releases the latest version is v0.0.10.3.
But on the page said that the latest version is v0.3. This is confusing.
I guess the the downloads page is outdated. Its sources https://github.com/namecoin/namecoin.org/blob/beta/download/index.md

It also has a link Distro packages that is broken.

Also it also would be great to add an HTTP listing to the whole files page https://www.namecoin.org/files/
