Two days after installing livecontainer+sidestore, sideloaded apps stopped running, and the phone settings said unchecked ("Не проверено").

You mentioned sideloaded apps stopped running, does that include lc+sidestore? if not, it is most likely because you didn't reinstall your existing apps with lc+ss, which is probably using a different certificate. If you can still access sidestore, what does it show for app IDs there?

also facing this issue on a free cerificate, using LC+SS, suddenly LC can't be verified in device managment and it crashes on launch, using the latest nightly version of LC+SS
Nothing I do can get iLoader to open AppIDs or reinstall again.
Tho one thing to mention: I signed in to a new open source app called PlumeImpactor but didn't sideload anything using it
iLoader showed an error messgae "too many certificates" so I revoked one i didn't recognize and kept the iLoader one

after giving up on iLoader, Sideloading LC+SS from Plume worked, but can't sign into icloud in SS, it keeps loading forever

UPDATE: completly uninstalled everything I had sideloaded and revoked all certificates (I think had 2 free AppIDs slots availble) then installed LC+SS from Plume and everything worked well

After automatically resetting the app ids on the servers, everything worked and was successfully installed.

But there is a new problem — in sidestore applications are refreshed, but they are not checked in the settings, they crash.
