Automatically map TP projects to Harvest projects

When you start a task from a TP project that doesn't have a mapped Harvest project, it should either:

• ask if you want to add the project mapping (default answer: Yes), or
• just add the mapping without asking.

(Combine set up a mapping automatically, but allowed you to change the project via a dropdown.)

in general, I vote for things that do not add extra steps.
The steps are already too much.
