Make something so that users only have to download the app once, then the app will update itself whenever stable releases are made to github

Seems like the solution for this is to make a separate application which first checks for internet connection, then for updates, then updates and launches the app or just launches the app depending on whether or not there was an update.

This also prevents exposing the user to a giant folder of DLL's without needing to link the application statically (thus making updates smaller and easier) because the actual exe and it's associated files can be stored off in AppData somewhere.

This wrapper app can also handle the initial installation process.
