What's the problem this feature will solve?

Recently, Qiskit v2.0 was released (see https://github.com/Qiskit/qiskit/releases/tag/2.0.0 for details). MQT Bench should be compatible with it.

Remove the upper dependency limit and fix the problems caused by that.
