Windows 11 missing MTA icon in notification

Describe the bug

According to the wiki, the "default" icon is the MTA icon, which can be seen here https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/images/thumb/0/0e/TrayNotification.gif/452px-TrayNotification.gif

However, the MTA icon is not in notifications.

Other icons such as info, error and warning are displayed correctly.

For unknown reasons, Windows decided to use Multi Theft Auto that we pass to SetCurrentProcessExplicitAppUserModelID for tray notifications. This also overrides the icon.
