I often need v0 for cloudflare compatibility.

There is already v0 to v1 convertor

@hsn10 can you elaborate what do you mean by "Cloudflare compatibility" ?
You should be able to use CIDv1 everywhere, if not, then it's a bug and we'd like to know how to reproduce it.
