SOS Button does not trigger

Hello,
I have a Neo Coolcam SOS button.

I can add it to Homey, but when the SOS button is pressed nothing happens.
It does not trigeer.

I am using Home Pro 2023 with the latest firmware and also your latest driver.

The button works fine when i connect it to Home Assistent. So the button is fine.

I also tried it on a Homey 2019, but that has the same problem.
Is connected but no trigger when pushing the button...
