Add support for different budget periods (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) to provide more flexible budget management.

Technical Points:

  1. Update budget schema to include period field
  2. Modify budget creation/edit forms
  3. Update budget calculations for different periods
  4. Add period selection UI
  5. Implement period-based progress tracking
