Not hiding reels anymore, and it's the first thing on desktop that pops up under the first post when the page is refreshed, and it's very annoying.

I think that too, that's why I switched to "Social Fixed for Facebook".
It's a bit more complex and takes a bit of initial time to set up but then it's fine and you won't make your life miserable with all the trash that FB delivers.

Not abandoned - this is an opensource project - Push a PR.
I'll get to it when I can get to it. I know there are some issues with the latest FB changes.

Well there are a number of pending pull requests, so that doesn't look encouraging to potential contributors.

I already contribute/maintain other things and I know with fb it's an arms race because I used to maintain an extension for instagram, so I have no intention of doing it. I wish you best of luck and thanks for making this.

They're build deps.
The plugin is pure js.

If someone really wants to contribute they can do so and then people will see the PR it even if a project is unmaintained.

Yep, constant changes with them.
And since I make zero from this project, it's when I get annoyed with FB I'll push an update.
Like the original reason I published the plugin
