BARSLAST这个函数不是应该返回一个序列吗？假设一个列表有2个条件成立的位置，上个条件成立的位置到列表最后一个就是列表最大值，上个条件成立的位置起始点就是返回的最小值

返回的应该是一个列表，第一次条件成立，第一天，第二天，第三天，条件再次成立，第一天，第二天，....通达信里面是这个样子的
