Hi, I have a tenant with many auto attendants and call queues, all of them are working fine.
running your script, only on some of them I get this annoying error preventing to complete the call flow visualizer rendering.

the error is:

The parameter "identity" of type "UserIdParameter" is empty - on Get-TeamsUserCallFlow.ps1 line 125

but the resource account user is correctly configured on the queue. can you please help me to debug this issue? did it happen to someone else before? thanks.

Hi,

It can happen, that updates from MS to the service side of AA/CQs break the script but that hasn't happened for a long time. Usually, when you get an error like this, it's because of a misconfiguration in your call flow.

The script/function throwing the error is the function that's reading the call forwarding settings of Teams users and not from AAs/CQs. Most likely, your AA/CQ is forwarding to a user who's been deleted. That's why the Id is empty.

Please use TAC to click through all menus of all nested voice apps and see if you can spot a forwarding to a user that doesn't exist anymore.
