Do not display deactivated accounts in groups

Currently, deactivated accounts are displayed in the groups they have been added to. This leads, particularly, to a number of spam/advertising accounts being displayed in https://support.mozilla.org/groups/forum-contributors/ and similar automatic groups. The only way to identify a deactivated account is a missing Private Message button.

To address the above, I suggest to do one of the following:

• Do not display deactivated accounts in group lists at all (I can't think of any scenarios when displaying them may be useful)
• Display deactivated accounts in group lists for moderators/admins/[other specific groups] only
• Display deactivated accounts in group lists for everyone (not preferable), but better indicate the deactivated status in the UI (greyed out / red frame / etc)
