Adding Documentation for local environment installation without make software

Windows don't have the make command working well for installing kitsune. It would be good if some additional steps are given to install it without make.

I would like to work on this issue if someone could guide me

None of the linked PRs addresses Windows use-case avoiding make commands. Earlier this year I actually tried to avoid make targets by running the individual commands manually but turns out some of the scripted steps either also call other make targets, or expect bash-like environment, so it's realistically not feasible to use the current stack to set things up outside of Unix-like system.

On the other hand, there are contributors running kitsune locally using WSL — so perhaps a better path would be to add a quick cheat-sheet to point Windows folks at some WSL jump start tips, to help them get set up that way?
