We want the tested changes from the upstream release onto our l1-migration branch.
After logical conflicts are resolved requirements are that
- All move unit tests pass
- All Aptos e2e tests pass
- Devnet Release Deploys
- Testnet Release Deploys with Partner Testing
cc @nicholasflintwillow & @radupopa369 when would we want to do this release? Ideally this sprint. So perhaps 9th or 7th October?
