The release workflow only ran on pushed tags, and none was ever pushed, so PersonaWriter had no release zip.
Now it runs on every push to
main(and manually via Run workflow):.claude-plugin/plugin.jsonv<version>already has a release, stops (no-op)skills/personawriter, and creates the release and thev<version>tag at that commit, with the version's CHANGELOG section as notesMerging this publishes v1.2.0. CONTRIBUTING's release steps and the CHANGELOG are updated.
