[Feature request]: Add a prompt providing app permission to make shortcut on home screen for the "create shortcut" function

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When i try to create a shortcut connecting my pc on my home screen with the "create shortcut" function it just does nothing thinking the function is bugged until i realized you have to manually go in the android setting enable it for it to work. A lot of time could be save here

making pop up saying "hey you should enable this in your android device" and redirect them to the setting should work
