Support for .NET Core

hm not from my side. Personally I don't need this anymore, as I've rewritten the Plugin Loading logic I needed in plain .NET Core by now. May be closed...

Mono.Addins doesn't work with .NET Core since it depends on System.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingServices which is not available in .NET Core. See dotnet/corefx#14303 for details and alternatives. Also dotnet/corefx#18394

Update: In my case this was a blocker to port my library to .NET Standard / .NET Core, so I migrate from Mono.Addins to MEF 2.
