Describe the bug
failed to access url by fetch

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. host a hugo blog on the local at http://localhost:1313
2. ask claude to read it, like 你可以访问http://localhost:1313，好像是div class="card-body"这部分有问题

Expected behavior
mcp in the chat should be able to fetch the page.

Logs
log file is empty.
