Allow us to set metadata in "@mcp.tool" decorator

Since the protocol supports it, I was wondering whether it would be possible or not to add support for metadata in the definition of the tool decorator, so that this metadata is then read when we use a MCP client.

This would come in handy for example to define filters or groups on the tools that we can later select.

Any ideas on this?
