It would be helpful to see the request and response of method: "initialize" calls, somewhere.

I'm not attached to where, but I could see the existing History UI as a relatively simple place to show this information.

Additional context
The notification/initialized message would also be nice to see, for completion, but is not needed for my use-cases.
