Add authorization timeout #24

There is currently no way to timeout authorization.
This is mentioned here too: #21

There is such a feature in the adb_shell package.
https://github.com/JeffLIrion/adb_shell/blob/master/adb_shell/adb_device.py#L165

It would be great to add a timeout arg to the create or discover function.
