Contribute to English Version

Hi Folks. I have a decent understanding of Korean and I read through the entire tutorial.

It is well-written and easy to follow. This is why I would like to contribute to the English version so that it can be more helpful for a wider audience.

I have read how-to-contribute but I'm still unsure how to work on the English version of the tutorial. Could you please provide some additional guidance on the steps I need to take to contribute to the English translation? I would really appreciate any advice or clarification on the process. Could you create after modifying rule document? Contribute rule would be updated in the manner of pull request as soon as possible.
