[anodized-fmt] test: prop-tests to increase coverage and reduce fixture complexity

Currently our testing strategy for anodized-fmt relies heavily on pre-determined test fixtures.

Extending our strategy with property-based testing could both increase coverage and reduce reliance on specific fixtures.
