php-aware: win32 vc9 compile error

Hi,

With «Need to include fcntl.h and sys/mmap.h if you intend» I think it brokes VC9 win32 compilation.

Have you troed.

never tried with VC9. Does it compile if those are inside #ifndef _MSC_VER ?

hi, doesn't work because of errors like :
c:\php-sdk\php53dev\vc9\x86\php-5.3.6\ext\mkoppanen-php-aware-e0d6732\php_aware.h(88) : error C2079: 'request_start_rusage' uses undefined struct 'rusage'
that are included in that files.
Do you have any binary made for win32?

no I haven't. This far I haven't tested on windows at all. Are there people that are interested in using aware on windows?
