This task is about adding placeholders for the two website pages from Yuri's designs, "IT Services" and "Consulting".

There should be a setup instruction (extending upon the current README) documenting how to prepare the WPGlobus plugin to work in context of this theme (if needed).

Upon installing the theme, a website operator should be able to populate the two default pages "IT Services" and "Consulting" with the text content that he/she pleases, in English and Swedish language versions.

After the website operator installed the theme added the 2 default pages with English/Swedish translations, a user should be able to open the website and land at "IT Services" page by default (in English), and be able to switch to "Consulting" page by clicking the header navigation link.

If the user is on the "IT Services" page and clicks the language selector and selects "Swedish", everything should work as before just showing the Swedish texts instead for this WordPress IT Services page.

If the user is on the "Consulting" page and clicks the language selector and selects "Swedish", everything should work as before just showing the Swedish texts instead for this WordPress Consulting page.

Whether on "IT Services" or on "Consulting" page, the language selected by the user shall propagate when navigate to the other page.
